Rubén Burgos and Marta Sorlí win bronze at the U19W World Cup
Valencia Basket women's team coach Rubén Burgos and assistant coach Marta Sorlí won the bronze medal at the U19F World Cup held in the Czech Republic with the Spanish national team. Burgos as head coach and Sorlí as assistant coach formed a perfect tandem within the staff in this championship, which ended with a medal in a very close game for third place against Canada (70-68). Both are continuing the success of a great summer for the national teams, with two bronze medals added to the four silver medals won by Raquel Carrera, María Araujo, Awa Fam, and Elena Buenavida at the last EuroBasket Women with the senior team.
